Returns + Exchanges


We would love for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. We have an extended 60 day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase- you may return unused, unwashed items for a full refund. If the item you received was the item you ordered and there is nothing wrong with the product we do require you to pay the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may choose to buy your own label for return shipping, or you can email and we will email you a shipping label and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a product because it is faulty, has a defect, or the wrong item was sent to you please email and we will promptly send you a return shipping label so you do not have to pay to return the item. We will also ship out a replacement (if desired) as soon as possible.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If your return is just over the 60 days- still contact us and we will certainly work something out with you!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached.

We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel such as underwear.

Clearance items-
Clearance priced items are final sale and cannot be refunded- we hope you understand as these items are already deeply discounted.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive the return credit.

If you are return shipping products with value over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS priority mail) or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
